Terry Carre Memorial Trophy 2024
Congratulations to Dougie Prentice in winning the Terry Carre memorial trophy by beating Tony Fernandes 3-1 in the final in this prestigious event
Terry Carre was on the C I Committee for many years and helped Paul Bolton with the European Championships 23 years ago at the Hotel De France, as well as Ady Murphy.
Ady Murphy hosted the event and was a very close mate to Terry.
The tables were are on free play and a bucket was on the bar for donations to Terry's Charity. This was then matched by Stuart Sullivan from the Dog & Sausage and Paul Bolton from Planet Pool. In total £642 was raised.
The winner and runner up received a trophy presented by Terry’s wife Maggie Carre.
